Flower Tea

Flower tea...

This is what i bought today from Qiang Yi Tang from Tesco..

I used to drink flower tea last time..

But after awhile i have stop this habit

due to i always not at home or i just forget to make it...

I always drink tea during afternoon or evening..

When i'm just about to doze off and feeling tired in the afternoon after lunch..

It's good to have a cuppa flower tea to

energize yourself...

Refresh yourself from exhausting..

These is what i bought for today...

Now i got 6 different kinds of flower tea

for everyday....

they can be mix together..

Either 2 or 3 different flower together to get a better result..

There are Osmanthus tea, Apple Tea, Globe Amaranth Tea, and Rosmary tea

Globe Amaranth Tea -- Detoxify liver, calms vexation,

reduces fatigue..

Rosemary Tea -- Has a nice scent of aroma helps to calms the nerves,

improve memory, improve blood circulation, and so on..

Apple tea -- Improve digetive system, removing excess fat,

clear acne, lighten pigmentation.

Osmanthus tea -- Dissipates phlegm, clear bowels,

whitens the complextion, helps to detoxify.

Rose Bud tea -- Add sparks t women beauty, relieve menstrual pain,

invigorating blood circulation. Good for woman.

Crysanthemum Tea -- Sweet fragrance and smell, detoxifying and protecting

the liver, help to decrease body heat.
