Well, today post is about the lunch i have taken from the past two months...
i can guarantee you...
you will comment it as sucks!!!....
Truely, they are plain and tasteless for some people..
For me...slowly used to it for the sake of lossing weight..
They are free from oil and salt...
no additional sauces and seasoning...
Steamed corn without salt and butter added and egg..
Sandwich with cheese and veggie
Energy Bar ~ Pecan Crunch
Tomato Egg Sandwich
Lettuce, tomato egg coupled with bread and cuppa of honey lemon
Fresh tomato and egg
Multigrain Porridge..I called it as porridge but without rice inside..
All it has is red bean, green bean, barley, and black eye peas..
Fresh vegie ~ cucumber, tomato and pumpkin...
hmm... the sandwich from kim gary restaurant also consider diet meal meh?? haha...

These are the daily lunch"s" u are currently having? Hmm...sounds suit me as well~ how long will be needed for preparing these? Are u still in the mid of internship? U prepare it everyday and bring to workplace?
