Ipoh Trip 23 April 2010

This trip can be considered as the graduation trip for our classmates
Neither of long distance trip nor overnight at the outside...
We have chosen somewhere nearer and as short as possible...
So we choose Ipoh...
can makan, sightseeing and shop some local goodies...

Despite of all the "Tong" (Cave), we visited one of the temple
which is very deep inside the pomelo farm...
Looked like quite run down nowadays as that place lack of maintenance...
and very few people came and visit this place...
That time i think only have 5 of us...

The building is like a pagoda and 13th floor in total...
there got no elevator, so we have climb all the way up to the top..
Indeed, the scenery is nice...
What we can see is mountains everywhere, farms, lake...
never been a place which looks more like a jungle than this...
no wonder fewer people know this place...

The architecture inside was quite unique, the color painted...
The Buddha statues are everywhere...
some are carved on the wall...

Besides that, we also bought some local goodies like biscuits..
and the most important one is Pomelo!!!
Juicy and succulent flesh just so refreshing~~
I should have bought more cos i can finish the whole one by myself...
Thanks for the GPS which brought us there in the town to search
for the place we want to go...

Happy Faces Features

I found that the happy face features in my camera is very useful...
Especially for those who don't like to smile in front
of the camera...
After capturing the person's photo, I can edit the smiling face on
him or her by just using the Happy faces features in my camera....
There are some photos captured during BEEUB photo session...
That's really hilarious!!! hahaha...
Until now... They all hate my camera because of this features...LolXD
Making their faces look very funny and weird... The smiling face can be edited according to Level...
the higher the Level, the bigger is the smile...:P
In order to make the result more obvious,
I put edit all of them to all Level 5...
The camera edited person's smiling by detecting their faces...
If it can't detect your face, then this features will not have any effect on you...

Is Time to Relax...

Today i have finally finish up my FYP....
FINALLY!!! Since last year August till now...
I planned to finish it before 2010...
But now it's already procrastinated for 1 month...
Better than finish till the last minute...
now at least my work still going on according to the time planned....
It's time to relax and prepare for CNY...^^

Two more weeks to go ...
I want to bake cake.....
I want to make CNY cookies....
But i wonder i have time for all for this??!!!
Lots of reports are coming up next....
Sighz....stress up~~

Tomorrow is Thaipusam Festival....It's HOLIDAY!!!
Parents are at home..Once again i can feel it's family day...
Unlike weekdays...Boring and alone...
Anyway....Happy holiday to all...

I still looking forward CNY holiday ....
Can enjoy more goodies and Angpau!!!...hehehe

Finally I GOT the Offer!!!

Last week I received a call from Agilent company...
It's an interview for the position of Product Engineer...
I never expected to receive response from the company as i had just
submitted my resume one week ago...
I was so surprised and the interview is two days after that...
In between, luckily i still have some time to revise some of the topic
that may ask during the interview...
RF, Electronics, Mobile Communication...bla bla bla...
For me, interview is kinda scary as i never know what kind of question will be expected...sighz... I was damn nervous during the preparation day...
Before the week, I also got an interview my Intel company for GT(Graduated Trainee)
as a software development engineer...
But this position not really suitable for me as i'm not really interested in doing programming at all...
Somehow, some of the questions i couldn't answer during the Intel interview...
I'm considering myself doing quite bad for the interview...sighz..

This time i try my best study what ever i can...
On the day, i was hoping that i will not be given paper test...
Luckily, it was just the oral interview...
of course, i was asked some text book knowledge...
So far, I can manage to answer them but some of it I have already forgotten...(>.<)
The manager is a nice person, he didn't pressurized me on giving him the correct answer, he just want to see my effort...hmmp...once again, i tried my Best~~~
He explained a lot of company info to me and even show me their products...
Another things is that, the manager even told me that working in Agilent is actually not so pressure compare to working in Intel or Jabil...
Overall, the interview was conducted for about one and a half hour...
Arhg...super exhausted!!!

Today I got their call again...
They offer me the position!!! YES!!!
Previously, i was worrying about they might need to engineers urgently...
but I'm only available on May, so they might can't wait for me...
So, I'm damn happy now...LoL...
Can stop looking for jobs and continue focus on my studies...


4th of May will be my new phase of life!!!
Looking forward to the day to come~~~

Gurney GSC got RAT!!!

Last night was a movie day, I went there for a movie
"The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnasus"...
We went in the cinema quite earlier and inside the light still on...
Suddenly, i saw a rat running in front of me...
Just next to the row of where we were sitting...
OMG...It's SO GROSSSSS!!!
And tell you what...
That wasn't a small rat...
I'm pretty sure that it was quite huge...
It was sneaking underneath the seats...
Yucksss!!!!
After that, it has gone else where...

Although GSC cleaners they do vacuum the place after showing of movie....
Did they even notice that there are rats inside the cinema???
Gurney GSC has been opened quite long time...
Rats may hiding inside ....who knows??!! or even cockroaches?

The cinema i entered is Cinema 9 , I'm not sure what about others...
God bless u all didn't saw any of this...
If not you are going to feel very uneasy while watching the movie!!!

My Final Semester!!!

Can't imagine that I'm now in my final semester already...
Thinking of last time when I first came to Inti College...
That time I was still very fresh and do not aware of anything around me...
But now is already going to be 3 years!!!
Omg...Time really flies...

After this semester, I'm going to look for job...
Going to work like an engineer in the industry...
How would it be ?? Hmmmp...
Life is getting better or suffering??!!

My final semester in college...
I wish i can do all my best to get what i deserve...
There is no second chances this time...
I have to take it seriously....

Today is the start of the year...
Holiday and nothing better to do at home...
Many people are going for vocation...
For people like me not going anywhere yet still in this island...
Of course shopping is the best choice...
Everyone is going for shopping now as sales is everywhere...
I just went shopping with friend for new year clothes...

Lunch time was had at Paddington house of Pancakes...
My visit to here as i always that curious how pancakes can be made into
main course as Pancakes are always an desert for me..

But this is like the combination of many stuffs..
So huge and tall...

Pancakes with blueberries...
I like blueberries so much!!!

Overall the food is okay...
There are still a lot of variety of choices of Pancakes...
Can't wait to try them all...
